Sales Team Leader (Business to Customer)

A vacancy has opened within our Sales division leading a team of up to 10 sales assistants. The objectives of this position are to deliver an effective sales and retention capability through the performance of the domestic customer sales team in order to increase customer sales within defined sales channels by converting inbound and outbound customer contacts into sales.

To provide operational sales performance through the domestic customer sales team by providing strong management, effective communication, identification and delivery of sales training and staff development in order to provide a knowledgeable resource that is able to effectively delivery Ecotricity sales messages and provide excellent customer experience in every interaction.

To actively seek improvement opportunities within working practices and implement change to optimise efficiency and effectiveness within all aspects of the team's area of responsibility.

Skill Set Required:

• Previous management experience within service environments
• Sales experience within service environments
• Experience of Customer Management Systems (CRMS)
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Good Level of Numeracy and Problem Solving Ability
• Basic Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office Packages
• Excellent Time Management & Personal Organisational Skills
• Accuracy, Tenacity & Integrity
